This is an English translation of the Korean original (https://crewcrew.app/terms.html). If they differ, the Korean version prevails.
Notice of upcoming revision (announced 29 September 2026 · effective 29 October 2026) — (1) We have corrected the scope to which ads and recognition limits (Article 6) apply so that it matches how the app actually works: because the AI reads the table in a roster Excel file, ads and recognition limits apply to it as they do to photos and PDFs, and a roster calendar file (.ics) is read without an ad but counts toward the free roster recognition limits. Automatic import from a company calendar link, Import from phone calendar, and importing flight record CSV or Excel files involve neither ads nor limits. (2) We have revised the description of the service (Article 1) and upload responsibility (Article 2) to reflect company calendar link and phone calendar connections. Everything else is the same as in the revised terms below. Notice of upcoming revision (announced 28 September 2026 · effective 5 October 2026) — We are revising these terms because paid subscriptions (Plus and Plus Pilot), single certificate purchases and ads have been added to the app. We have newly set out (1) the prices, automatic renewal, cancellation and refund rules for paid services (Article 5); (2) ad viewing and recognition limits for free users, and the number of "ad-free recognitions" for subscribers (Article 6); (3) that you upload only your own rosters, to the extent your company's rules allow (Article 2); and (4) the minimum age for sign-up (18 or over, Article 7). (5) We have also revised: checking certificates and forms yourself before submitting them (Article 3), applying the Lounge rules to crew taxi as well (Article 4), tidying up the "free" wording in the limitation of liability and adding an exception for intentional misconduct or gross negligence (Article 8), and the notice period for changes to these terms and the governing law (Article 9). Everything else remains the same as now.
Correction of Article 6 and revision of Articles 1 and 2 scheduled to take effect 29 October 2026 · Revised terms scheduled to take effect 5 October 2026 · Current effective date: 27 July 2026 · Operator: Aviators (에비에이터스), business registration no. 175-22-02662 · Contact: toga.support@gmail.com
1. About the service
crewcrew is a personal tool that helps individual airline crew (cabin crew and pilots) easily manage their own rosters and payslips.
It is not an official service of any particular airline or company, and it is not affiliated or connected with any airline.
It is not connected in real time to your company's scheduling system. If you connect a company calendar link or your phone calendar, duties from today onward are fetched again at regular intervals (about every 3 hours), but updates may be late or missing. Otherwise, schedule changes are not reflected automatically, so when your schedule changes you must upload your roster again or edit it yourself, and you must always confirm your actual duties in your company's official system.
2. Uploading rosters and your responsibility (important)
crewcrew does not automatically log in to airline systems and does not receive IDs or passwords. We import only the photos, PDFs, Excel files and calendar files you upload yourself, and duties from a company calendar link or phone calendar that you connect yourself. If you connect a company calendar link, crewcrew's server uses that link to connect to the crew portal server and download the calendar file (Privacy Policy, Section 2-2).
You upload only your own rosters, payslips and flight records, and only to the extent your company's rules allow. You must not upload other people's materials or materials your company prohibits from being taken outside. Likewise, connect only a company calendar link issued to you, and check your company's rules to confirm that you may use that link in an outside app.
Photographing, uploading and using company materials such as rosters and payslips is entirely your own decision and responsibility.
You are responsible for checking and following your company's security rules, information protection policies and employment rules.
crewcrew and its operator are not responsible for any disadvantage, disciplinary action, dispute, legal liability or loss arising from uploading or using such materials.
3. Disclaimer on accuracy
AI image recognition results may contain errors, and their accuracy is not guaranteed. Always check your actual duties, briefings and times in your company's official system.
Pay calculations are estimates based on the information you provide and may differ from what you are actually paid.
Flight records and career summaries are for personal reference and are not official proof. Certificates and forms the app produces are transcriptions of your own records, so you must check their content yourself before submitting them, and crewcrew does not guarantee that the recipient will accept them.
4. Lounge (community) rules
crewcrew does not tolerate inappropriate content or harassment of other users in any form (zero-tolerance policy). To use the Lounge, travel buddies and crew taxi, you must agree to these rules; if you do not agree, you cannot post or apply.
Prohibited content — company confidential or internal materials; defamation, slander or harassment of others; exposure of personal information (real names, employee numbers, etc.); sexual, violent, discriminatory or hateful expression; illegal information; advertising and spam.
You can report offensive content and block specific users. Once you block someone, you no longer see each other's posts, comments or messages. You can unblock them in [My → Blocked users].
The operator reviews reports received within 24 hours and takes action. Content that breaks the rules is removed, and users who break them may be suspended or have their account permanently deleted without warning.
Posts containing banned words are blocked automatically when submitted, and posts that collect multiple reports are hidden automatically.
To run the service and handle reports, the operator may view Lounge posts and comments, including company lounges. Direct messages are viewed only for conversations a user has reported, and only to handle that report. You can report a direct message with the flag button on the conversation screen.
The author of a post is legally responsible for it. Reports: toga.support@gmail.com
5. Paid services and payment
Products — crewcrew Plus (KRW 1,900 per month · KRW 19,000 per year), crewcrew Plus Pilot (KRW 4,900 per month · KRW 49,000 per year), and Single certificate (KRW 1,900). The benefits included in each product and the exact price are as shown on the payment screen and in the store. If we change prices or benefits, we will let you know in the app or on this page at least 7 days before the change applies.
Automatic renewal — Unless you cancel, a subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price, and the renewal fee is charged to your store account 24 hours before the current period ends.
Cancellation — You can cancel at any time in your store's subscription management (iPhone: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions / Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). If you cancel, your benefits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription.
Free trials — If the store shows a free trial, you will be charged the displayed price automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Refunds — Payments and refunds are made through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds follow each store's procedures and policies. The right of withdrawal guaranteed by applicable law remains recognized. If you have a payment problem, tell us at toga.support@gmail.com and we will help look into it.
Single certificate is digital content provided immediately on purchase and is used after payment to create one copy of the relevant form. The first copy of each form is free, and you can check its content in a preview first.
Applying benefits — Payment status is determined on our server by checking the store receipt. If payment confirmation is delayed, benefits may not be applied for a short time; you can fix this by reopening the app or tapping "Already subscribed? Restore" on the payment screen.
Free passes given through invitation events and similar promotions follow the conditions announced at the time, and you are not charged automatically when the pass ends.
6. Ads and recognition limits
Free use — Each time the AI reads a roster, payslip or flight record, a (rewarded) ad is shown once. If the ad doesn't load or you close it partway, recognition goes ahead anyway. Free recognition limits: rosters 4 per 24 hours and 20 in the last 30 days; payslips 10 per 24 hours; flight records 3 per day and 10 in the last 30 days. Roster Excel files are also read by AI (the text of the table), so ads and limits apply as for photos and PDFs. Roster calendar files (.ics) are read without AI, so no ad is shown, but they count toward the free roster recognition limits. Automatic import from a company calendar link, Import from phone calendar, and importing flight record CSV or Excel files do not use AI, so no ad is shown and they do not count toward the limits.
Plus and Plus Pilot — There is no limit on roster recognitions, and within the last 30 days, Plus includes up to 12 and Plus Pilot up to 30 recognitions without ads. Beyond that, you can keep going after watching one ad (the number of recognitions itself is not capped). The ad-free limit does not apply to anyone who started a subscription on or before 28 September 2026. Flight record recognition for Plus Pilot is 10 per day and 30 in the last 30 days.
Adjustments for operating reasons — During periods when ad and subscription revenue does not cover the cost of AI recognition, we may temporarily halve the free recognition limits, and the recognition screen will say so while this applies. Subscribers' limits are not reduced.
Ads are shown regardless of your duties, and rosters, pay and flight records are not provided to ad companies (Privacy Policy, Section 2).
7. Accounts and deletion
Only people aged 18 or over may sign up for crewcrew. You can delete your account and all your data at any time in the app at [My → Delete account]. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription, so please cancel the subscription in the store first.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is a personal tool made up of free and paid features and is provided "as is".
We are not responsible for service interruptions, errors, data loss, or problems connecting with third-party services (calendars, flight tracking, AI recognition, flight schedules, map search, store payments, ads, etc.). This does not apply to damage caused by the operator's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Effect of these terms
By signing up for or using the app, you are deemed to agree to the above. If these terms change, we will give notice in the app and on this page at least 7 days before the change takes effect (at least 30 days before, for changes that are unfavorable to users). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
